Case Study – Commercial Project – Bills Restaurant – Bracknell

The Building

Part of the Lexicon Shopping Centre in the heart of Bracknell, Berkshire, Bills Restaurant was a much loved establishment which has sadly no longer operates in Bracknell.  Five Guys have occupied the site now and although the colour has changed, the original installation still remains.

We manufactured and supplied the following:

• Smart MC Wall Curtain Walling
• Smart 1000 Bi-folding Doors
• Smart wall commercial Doors
• Special on Brand RAL Colour
• Specialist design work - hanging curtain walling system
• Custom bracketry and pressing work

It was a really successful project working closely with our client to ensure everything ran smoothly.  There was a lot of CAD design work to get everything to line through and integrate all the profiles.

Custom bracketry was required to hang the curtain walling system and support the centre of the screen so it did not deflect, the system had to be supported from above due to the large bi-folding door to the outside eating area and the entrance door to the front.

All the bracketry edging trims, astragal bars and panels were all made to order and polyester powder coated.
