1. Do you supply directly to homeowners or trade only?

We are a trade-only supplier. We don’t sell directly to homeowners, as we believe in supporting our trade partners rather than competing with them. If you’re a homeowner, we can connect you with one of our trusted installation partners who will provide competitive pricing and expert installation.


2. Where are you based and do you supply nationwide?

We are based in Hampshire, with over 32,000 sq ft of manufacturing space across two sites, but we supply our aluminium glazing products nationwide through a network of trusted trade partners.


3. Do you offer installation or supply-only?

We are a fabricator and supplier of aluminium systems. Installation is carried out by our approved trade partners, who receive training and support from us to ensure quality workmanship.


4. How long have you been established as an aluminium glazing supplier?

We have been in continuous operation since 1986, making us one of the UK’s longest-established aluminium fabricators. Many of our staff have been with us since the early days, bringing unrivalled expertise to every project.


5. Can I visit your showroom or factory to view products?

Yes, trade partners are welcome to arrange visits to our facilities to view our machinery, quality control processes, and product range. Homeowners can view products through our installation partners.


6. What types of aluminium glazing systems do you offer?

We manufacture and supply a wide range of systems, including:

7. Do you manufacture in-house or source from third parties?

All of our products are manufactured in-house at our state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring complete control over quality, consistency, and lead times.


8. Which system suppliers do you work with?

We work with some of the most respected aluminium system companies in the world, including Smart Systems, Cortizo, and Schüco, to deliver market-leading products.


9. Do you supply bespoke shapes and sizes?

Yes. We regularly fabricate bespoke frames and non-standard shapes. Whether it’s arched windows, angled roof glazing, or oversized sliding doors, our team has the expertise and machinery to deliver.


10. Can you match existing heritage or steel-style windows/doors?

Absolutely. We offer heritage-style aluminium systems designed to replicate the look of traditional steel windows and doors, but with modern performance standards.


11. Are your products Part L compliant?

Yes. All of our aluminium glazing systems are designed and tested to comply with current Building Regulations, including Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Power).


12. Do your doors and windows meet PAS24 / Secured by Design standards?

Yes. Many of our systems are available with PAS24 certification and Secured by Design approval, ensuring maximum security and peace of mind.


13. What are the typical U-values of your glazing systems?

U-values vary by system and glazing type, but many of our products achieve U-values as low as 1.1 W/m²K, making them highly energy-efficient.


14. Do you offer acoustic or fire-rated glazing options?

Yes. We can supply systems with enhanced acoustic glazing for noise reduction, as well as fire-rated solutions for specific applications.


15. What are your typical manufacturing lead times?

Standard lead times vary depending on the system, finish, and glazing requirements, but we always strive to offer competitive turnaround times. Your account manager can confirm specifics at the time of order.


16. Do you offer express or priority turnaround on urgent projects?

Yes. We understand the pressures of construction schedules, and we can often offer priority turnaround on urgent projects — subject to system availability.


17. What information do I need to provide for a quotation?

To receive an accurate quotation, we’ll need:

  • Frame sizes and opening details

  • Chosen system and finish (e.g. colour, texture)

  • Glazing requirements (double, triple, acoustic, etc.)

  • Any performance or compliance requirements (PAS24, Part L, etc.)


18. Can you assist with technical drawings and specifications?

Yes. Our technical team can provide detailed drawings, CAD support, and specification guidance to ensure you choose the best system for your project.


19. What warranties do you offer on your products and finishes?

Our products come with comprehensive warranties covering aluminium profiles, finishes, and hardware. Specific durations vary by system and supplier but are always backed by trusted guarantees.


20. Do you provide product and installation training for your trade partners?

Yes. We offer free product and installation training to all our trade partners, either on-site or at our Hampshire facilities. This ensures installations are completed to the highest standard, reducing call-backs and giving you confidence in every project.
