The Role:
As an Order Processor, you’re the crucial link between client requirements and seamless delivery. Based at TAS HQ in Aldershot, you’ll manage the order lifecycle, from initial quote to delivery note, ensuring every detail is correct, every document is in place, and every stakeholder stays informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders using Logikal and Window Designer
• Confirm details with clients and provide proactive updates
• Liaise across sales, production, and logistics to keep orders on track
• Handle documentation: invoices, delivery notes, shipping paperwork
• Track inventory and resolve order or invoicing discrepancies
• Build great client relationships with clear and responsive communication
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in order processing or similar (glazing/fenestration/construction ideal)
• Proficiency with Logikal and Window Designer (highly desirable)
• Detail-focused, organised, and confident communicator
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and understanding of inventory/order flow
